During this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for preparing your own masterpiece to share with your friends and family. The 10-inch board serves up to two people as an appetizer portion. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Each participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor after tasting specialty cheeses and meats, some which are made in-store and are available to purchase after class. Be sure to come hungry!
